What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, check, Facebook Pay, CashApp. Payment must be made at the completion of service.

Will you remove the seats from my vehicle?

No. We will not remove the seats from any vehicle as each vehicle is different and requires specific torque requirements for re-installation. The seats may be removed and installed by the owner of the vehicle, however this must be complete before the arrivial of your detailer.

Will you need water/electric hook up?

Volunteer Veteran Detailing is a fully self contained mobile detailing rig and will not require any water or electricity from the client.

Why do you require a security deposit at the time of booking?

Volunteer Veteran Detailing requires a $50.00 non refundable security deposit on all scheduled bookings. This covers the detailers time slot, transportation and fuel costs should a cancellation occur. Special circumstances will be addressed on a case by case basis, such as inclimate weather or natural disaster.

Should I tip my detailer?

Tipping is not required, however greatly appreciated. The average tip ranges from 15-20% of the total cost of service.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! Volunteer Veteran Detailing is a proud supporter of our local military, veterans, and first responders. A 10% discount will be applied with valid ID or proof of service.


Should I remove personal belongings from my vehicle?

Volunteer Veteran Detailing will remove your personal belongings from the vehicle for detailing purposes and return your belongings upon completion. However, removing your personal belongings will help your detailer identify trash/items that you want disposed of. Don’t worry about trash, we’ll remove it for you!

How long will it take to detail my vehicle?

Every vehicle is different based on size, level of cleanliness, services requested, and even color! Providing your detailer with pictures will help assist in providing a timeline for completion.

Why would my detailer ask for pictures of my vehicle?

Your detailer may ask for pictures of your vehicle for a variety of reasons. Pictures help your detailer gage how long it may take to complete work, price adjustments, and suggested services. Your detailer is also able to make detailing product ratio adjustments for that extra power needed to ensure your vehicle is looking it’s best.

Am I able to reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Rescheduled appointments come with no additional charge, however rescheduling must occure 24 hours in advance. If within 24 hours simply text or call your detailer to address your situation.
